things will get better. i, too, am a mom of twins...they are 2, i also have an 8 year old. I can remember the stress i had when the twins were months old and not because of only them but it just seemed like everything stressful happenibg at once! Things are better.. still stressful but in a different way..a good way! Keep your head up and just look at ALL of your PRECIOUS children and be thanful that with everything else that is going on at least they are healthy and happy! I love checking your blog daily!!

Awe, a woman after my own heart - I had me a little pity party at my place earlier.
It is definitely no fun when you feel like things continually come at you. I HAVE to remind myself that 'things could always be worse' and 'someone else has it worse' - to keep the Xanex intake down!

What a stinky thing for your insurance to do!! That makes life so difficult when you have the stress of a huge bill. God is able, even when it feels like it all too much.
I am really glad you are on the mend. I was feeling for ya when I read that you guys had been sick. Isn't amazing how our bodies can heal themselves so quickly with the help of herbs and the like.

We went through something kinda like that with the insurance although there is a whole divinsion set up at every insurance company just to help out people who have been done wrong by the company I battle with phone calls letters and the like for 5 months for a $55,000 surgical bill they paid it and I leaned alot about appealing thoes type of things they company told me if you were told you would be covered to a certain date then our bills would be paid until that date it just took a few phone calls if you are interested send me an e-mail. If not I understand but I will pray for you guys

the title winner was perfection!! You say it could be worse, but to you it is the worst! I know how ya feel....I have pity parties for myself quite often also! I try to think that someone else always has it worse off than you...but...when your going through alot, it seems it can't get any worse! Pray for peace, and I shall too! I feel ya girl! I'm so sorry about hubby's job. We've been there (lay off) and I must say it must be so incredibly difficult having the accident and the birth and all that ensues after trauma and trying to be a wife and momma. I'll be praying for you. Wish I was closer so I could actually do something more. Can't believe I got honorable mention. I'm usually not good at captions but I wonder what they are thinking also. How fun that would be to be in their minds. Hope you have a good weekend. Blessings. :)

Everyone deserves a little time to vent ! If I were you I would be fuming over the whole insurance issue. It is true though that when it rains it pours and hopefully before you know it you'll be healthy and back to the old you :) We've been dealing with sick kids here which is no fun - and Im not even sick yet ... I say yet because at supper I got a nice face full of spit when my sick 3 year old didnt cover his mouth to cough. You have got to love them : ) And I LOVE the winner you chose. its perfect.

Cute titles for the pictures. I can never come up with anything clever like that. Sorry to hear things are rough at this point. My husband lost his job in July and man has it been tough. He is working but our income took a major drop so it is literally just getting by. I think the hardest thing is that I see him so unhappy with this temporary position while he waits for the "right" job. Being a man is hard when you are the sole provider for a household. BUT I truly believe that the Lord will provide. So continue to be a faithful servant to the Lord and be the best wife and mommy you can be...eventually it will work out. Venting feels good and that is the first time I have written about our hardships...I feel better having shared that. Thanks for the "hard times" therapy session. Grin. Your family will be in my prayers. ML

I hope you're feeling better soon! I also hope things start to get better on the homefront. It' hard enough having twins, but dealing with all of the other stuff is just too much sometimes! Hang in there!
And as for what the girls will think of each other... My twin girls are 2 and for a long time they would look in the mirror and say their sister's name-they thought they were looking at their twin. If they looked at pictures they would always think it was their sister. But just recently (within the last 2 months) they've started to identify each other in pictures. And they are better at telling who is who than I am sometimes! It's hilarious!
